  • Late or missed payments may cause delays or suspension of work.

  • Full refund before work starts

  • Partial refunds may apply if a project is in progress

  • No refund once final files or product is delivered

4. 📦 Delivery & Revisions

  • We follow a milestone-based delivery process for larger projects.

  • Additional revisions or scope changes may be billed separately.

  • Once full payment is received, you own the final delivered work (game files, website assets, etc.).

  • We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed.

  • You may not resell or redistribute our custom-developed assets without prior approval.
